The FBI is taking a look at Madonna's education charity, raising a red flag about the Material Girl's nonprofit work, according to a report yesterday.
Agents in Los Angeles are investigating Success for Kids for "several irregularities and suspicious activity," according to the iPad publication The Daily.
The charity has raised more than $33 million since its formation in 2001, with Madonna a very public frontwoman, using her fame to draw donations from philanthropists.
Success for Kids claims to have touched the lives of 60,000 children in seven countries, from Panama to Russia.
But Madonna's philanthropic work has been under a cloud since her Raising Malawi charity had to scrap plans to build a school in the impoverished African nation, possibly wasting $3.8 million.
Her manager, Guy Oseary, could not be reached for comment.
