A unique opportunity for aerobic dance fans was presented by Asia Fitness Convention 2009 with the “Madonna Celebration Aerobic Dance Competition” which gave teams the opportunity to showcase their talents over a wide range of dance styles on stage at Bangkok Convention Centre, CentralWorld Bangkok during 27 - 28 November 2009. True Visions announcer Poope-Phathita Kantamara was the master of ceremonies throughout the contest.
The semi-final competition was held on 27 November 2009, performed by 9 teams and 5 teams were selected for the final round on 28 November 2009. Among the five challenging teams, three teams won the heart of judges and were given prizes by Dr Suzanne Hosley, Managing Director of Fitness Innovations Thailand.
The winner of the competition was Celebrity X from Indonesia. Apart from US$ 1,000 cash and Trophy, the winner also received many complimentary gifts such as Polar watches (F4) worth US$ 129.95 for each member, Power Plate Studio 1 year membership valued at US$ 2,000 for each member, Warner music product hampers (2 CDs), Dinner Vouchers from Banyan Tree Bangkok, Gift Voucher from Sandalwood Luxury Villas.
The 1st runner up and 2nd runner up were Immortal and Seraph from Thailand. There were also prizes of Best Madonna Look-alike and Most Voted & Popular Team which were taken by Donnaface and Seraph.
