LUCKY Star Madonna still looks fit at 52 in a dazzling new Dolce & Gabbana campaign.
The upfront babe showed she still has what it takes as she stripped to her undies for the raunchy photoshoot.
Madonna looked hotter than girls half her age as she revealed her biggest assets in a low-cut leotard and saucy black stockings.
And she appeared picture purrfect as she stroked a cat and crawled around on a bed in her latest racy ads for the Italian designers.
The hip mum-of-three has just launched a teen fashion range called Material Girl with her daughter Lourdes, 13.
But blonde bombshell Madge brought a vintage feel to the Dolce & Gabbana shoot by blowing a kiss at the camera – a tribute to her idol Marilyn Monroe.
A source said: “Madonna is looking better than ever at the moment and could give most 21-year-olds a run for their money.
“She’s worked hard at staying in shape.
“And these photos show she still has the confidence to make her more than a match for younger girls.”
