Madonna has come forward to show her support for recently hospitalized gal-pal, Demi Moore.
According to E! Online, Madonna called the hospital to tell Demi that “she was there if she needs anything." A source of the online sites informs that prior to Moore’s hospitalization, she had begun to make plans to attend the Super Bowl to watch Madonna’s half time performance. Moore allegedly opted out when she assumed soon-to-be ex-husband, Ashton Kutcher, would also be there.
Despite her rep confirming that the actress is in the hospital for “exhaustion,” rumors continue to run rapid proclaiming every reason from seizures to TMZ’s allegations that the actress was taking “whip-it” shots, which then sent her into the seizure. A ‘whip-it’ is explained as inhaling nitrous oxide in order to get high.
A source tells US Magazine, that the actress has “spiraled” and that she has “gotten to a place where she is struggling too much to function.”
Sources continue to come forward offering their own insight now that Moore is upon her 50th birthday. "Her life is completely in crisis…She is turning 50 and has no idea who she is or what her focus should be." To add insult to injury in Moore’s emotional time, Extra notes that her estranged ex calls her when he is having a “low moment.”
Extra notes that insider told the New York Post, “Ashton has been very sloppy about his private life. He goes between doing ridiculous things and then making overtures to Demi. She took her marriage very seriously, she gave it 100 percent, and his behavior is confusing her."

Madonna wants Demi Moore to know she's there for her.
A source tells me that Madge contacted Moore shortly after hearing the news of her hospitalization...
I'm told that the singer called Moore, and the conversation apparently wasn't very long. "Madonna told Demi she was there if she needs anything," my source said.
Although Madonna and Moore aren't usually in regular contact, "they're pretty tight," the source said.
The two most recently hung out at CAA's pre-Golden Globes party at Soho House, where they spent most of the night chatting with each other. Ashton Kutcher also attended the bash, but the closest he came to Moore was talking to her daughter Rumer Willis.
I'm also told that before this week's ordeal, Moore was thinking about going to the Super Bowl to see Madonna's halftime show, but wasn't sure because she assumed Kutcher would also be there. Moore and Kutcher attended last year's game in Dallas, as well as some of the festivities throughout the weekend.
No word yet on the status of the annual post-Oscar party Moore cohosts with Madonna and her manager, Guy Oseary.

She's had a busy couple of weeks as she promotes her new movie, picked up a Golden Globe, and fended off cutting remarks by fellow celebrities.
But Madonna made time for her four children yesterday as she took them to see her long-time photographer friend, Steven Klein.
The original Material Girl, 53, wrapped up in the New York weather in a hooded black jacket, with her eldest Lourdes, 15, following close-behind in a coat with fur trim.
There was no sign of the singer's much-younger boyfriend Brahmin Zaibat during the family's night out.

Los Angeles, June 10 (PTI) - Filmmaker Guy Ritchie and his pregnant girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley are reportedly expecting a boy.
The 42-year-old British director already has a biological son Rocco, 10, and adopted David, five, with ex-wife Madonna.
Ritchie and Ainsley will have their first child together in September and friends have revealed it will be a third son for him, reported Life and Style magazine online.
The couple are currently in Beverly Hills and eyewitnesses reported they looked blissfully happy together.
"Jacqui''s having a boy. They seemed very happy together. Jacqui kept rubbing her belly and tousling Guy''s hair. They were just having a leisurely morning and enjoying private conversations with each other," a source said.
The couple have reportedly been hoping to start a family for some time and he is determined she should have a stress free pregnancy.
"They have been keen to start a family for a while now. They''re absolutely made up. We expect to hear wedding bells next year.
"Jacqui was crying with joy when she found out she was pregnant. They went on holiday because Guy is determined she takes it easy. He won''t let her do anything more strenuous than argue over baby names," a friend said.
Ritchie split from Madonna in 2008 after almost eight years of marriage.

The 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' director - who already has biological 10-year-old son Rocco and adopted five-year-old boy David with ex-wife Madonna - and his model girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley will have their first child together in September and friends have revealed it will be a third son for Guy.
A close pal told Life & Style magazine: "Jacqui's having a boy!"
The couple are currently in Beverly Hills and eyewitnesses reported they looked blissfully happy together.

Madonna’s romance with dancer Brahim Zaibat is still going strong, it has been claimed.
Last month it was reported the 52-year-old singer had called time on the relationship after they clashed over their religious beliefs. However, it now appears the pair have resolved their differences after they were seen together at a New York restaurant. Madonna and French break dancer Brahim were spotted laughing and joking at Miss Lily’s eatery in Greenwich Village on Monday, before leaving together.
"They came together and drank champagne," a source told New York Post. "They stayed for a long time and left together pretty late."
Madonna met 24-year-old Brahmin in New York last year when she was launching her Material Girl clothing collection with her teenage daughter Lourdes. Brahim had been hired to dance at the event and the pair hit it off immediately.
The hunk has previously spoken about the romance and insisted that despite being a global superstar, Madonna is very down to earth.
“She's just a woman like all the others. She's an extraordinary artist and world famous, of course, but a woman above all,” he said.

"They came together and drank champagne," said a spy. "They stayed for a long time and left together pretty late." Also spotted at the hipster Jamaican eatery recently: Miuccia Prada and Justin Timberlake.

This month, millions of college graduates will go in search of their own dream jobs, and things are looking up: NACE reports that nearly every sector is looking to hire recent grads–hiring is up 19.3 percent for 2011 college graduates compared to the Class of 2010. But even with the numbers on the rise, the harsh reality of the 2011 job market means that nearly 50% might find themselves settling for jobs that don’t put their degree to use, or, in the case of the lucky ones, landing only an unpaid internship before their big break happens.

Ever since she burst on the scene with her brand of pop and provocative outfits, Lady Gaga has forever been compared to the queen of the music scene, Madonna.
The similarities between the two divas have been considered so close, that the 25-year-old Born This Way star was even once accused of plagiarising one of the 52-year-old legend's famous tunes.
Now new evidence has emerged concluding the pair are in fact related.
According to celebrity genealogist Chris Child, Gaga and Madonna are distant cousins.
'They are ninth cousins once removed,' the New England Historic Genealogical Society specialist told the Boston Globe.
After much research, Child reportedly provided proof of the findings, which showed  that the two had common ancestors in the form of a farming couple, who moved from France to Quebec in the 1600s.
'When I saw that Lady Gaga had French Canadian ancestry, I thought there might be something there,' he said.
Child tracked the French Canadian families 'back 200 years within minutes'.
Priests in Quebec would record all marriages between the 1600s and the 1900s.
Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, has compared herself to the Material Girl in the past.
'We’re both Italian-American women, we both started out in the New York underground scene - and we both became famous when we dyed our hair blonde,' she said.
'I think what Madonna and I share is that we’re both fearless, we both have a lot of nerve.'
Madonna has also made no secret of the fact she's a fan of Gaga's having been spotted at her show in New York with daughter Lourdes back in 2009.
The pair also appeared on a Saturday Night Live show together in October 2009, where they featured in a mock fighting skit before kissing and making up.
But their relationship may have possibly somewhat soured this year after the Bad Romance singer was forced to go on the offensive following claims her hit Born This Way was a rip off of a Madonna song.
She faced widespread accusations that she plagiarised the music veteran's Eighties hit Express Yourself.
Immediately Gaga branded the charge 'ridiculous' in an furious rant to British music magazine, NME.
'I'm a songwriter', Gaga told the publication. 'I've written loads of music. Why would I try to put out a song and think I'm getting one over on everybody?'
'What a completely ridiculous thing to even question me about. I will look you in your eyes and tell you that I am not dumb enough or moronic enough to think that you are dumb enough or moronic enough not to see that I would have stolen a melody.
'If you put the songs next to each other, side by side, the only similarities are the chord progression. It's the same one that's been in disco music for the last 50 years.
'Just because I'm the first [expletive] artist in 25 years to think of putting it on Top 40 radio, it doesn't mean I'm a plagiarist, it means that I'm [expletive] smart.
The Paparazzi hit-maker then became upset at the thought her fans would think she copied Madonna.
'I just don't want my fans... I don't know. This is exhausting. I just don't wanna perpetuate that [expletive]. I'm sure you want to address it but it's just so ridiculous. I was just [expletive] shell-shocked by it', Gaga added.
Much like Madonna, Gaga has also courted controversy from the Catholic Church, especially over her single Judas, which was released ahead of Good Friday this year.
The song was scheduled for an Easter release much to the annoyance of many Catholics.
Catholic League President Bill Donohue told ABC News: 'It's all intentional. It's done to take a few shots at Catholics. We've been down this road before'.
'She mimics Madonna', Donohue said. 'Madonna has admitted to loathing the Catholic Church. I don't see the dame degree of vitriol on the part of Lady Gaga.'
For years, Madonna, who now practise Kabbalah, has also outraged the Catholic church with her provocative outfits and racy lyrics.
Lady Gaga is not the only pop star related to legend.
No Doubt's Gwen Stefani is also a distant cousin.
According to the 41-year old's IMDB page, her great-aunt's mother-in-law shares the last name with Madonna.
