Madonna flashes her ripped biceps outside her London gym yesterday.

It's no secret that Madonna is a fan of hitting the gym. But, lately, her muscles have reached eye-popping proportions.
Madge flashed her bulging biceps for photographers while leaving her London gym Wednesday with her personal trainer. Her trainer, we might add, was dwarfed by the singer's cut physique.
The nearly 50-year-old's buff biceps have come a long way since her early career.
So, how does she do it? Madonna's workouts consist of aerobic dancing, yoga, pilates and "running after her little boy," her publicist told us. The singer reportedly hits the gym for up to three hours a day.
Madge is gearing up for her Sticky and Sweet tour, which will begin in August in Cardiff, Wales. Her latest album, Hard Candy, debuted at No. 1 in April.
