That Courtney Love was spotted at the Apthorp during a launch party for Marchesa designers Keren Craig and Georgina Chapman and their new collection of Lenox china. Olivia Munn and Ann Dexter Jones also attended. The event was hosted in a 3,000-square-foot unit currently on the market for $6.2 million. . . . That Usher’s got it bad — rental fever, that is. The R&B star is looking for a downtown rental in the $25,000-per-month range.
